You’ll need:

2 tbps turmeric
thumb sized piece of ginger
1 medium onion
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1L of water

Pour the water and sugar together into a pot and heat until boiling. Slice the onion into quarter, chop the ginger, and add them to the pot while still boiling. Add the turmeric and lower the heat. Keep heating the mixture until it has reduced by half. Let the mixture cool in the fridge.

Take 2 tbsp of the mixture every morning on an empty stomach and 2 tbsp before you go to bed. You should feel a difference within two days!
