There is a decision that every dog owner is going to need to make, either from the moment that they bring a dog into the home or at some point in the future. They need to decide if the dog is going to sleep in the bed with them or if it is going to sleep elsewhere.
There are many dog owners who struggle with this decision and certainly there are opinions in either direction. When you stop to consider the health benefits that are available from allowing your dog to sleep in your bed at night, you may just roll out the red carpet. Not only is it good for you, it’s good for the dog as well!

4. Warmth
Dogs tend to curl up next to us at night and they can act like a little heater in bed. It may be difficult in the summer but it is wonderful in the winter.

Dogs provide us with unconditional love and that can certainly help someone who is battling depression. Having your dog with you through the night can help you through a difficult time.
