It seems as if the world is split on many issues that they are
rather passionate on their stand. In those cases, there just
doesn’t seem to be any room for a happy medium, so people take
their stand on one side or the other. One such subject deals with
breakfast and, more than likely, you have your own opinion.
For years, we have heard both sides of the story and perhaps we
have wondered which experts on the subject were right. For example,
many dietitians were telling us that we should never skip breakfast
because it was “the most important meal of the day.” On the other
hand, there were also dietitians who said that extending the fast
you were on during the night by waiting until lunch to eat was the
best choice to make. Quite frankly, it left many of us confused
