5. Olive oil – This type of oil has been used for centuries and it is possible to use it for optimal health.
6. Nuts – When you eat a healthy amount of nuts, it can improve your memory and provide healthy fats for the body.

8. Turmeric – You likely have some in your kitchen. It has anti-inflammatory properties that help to prevent fat storage. You can drink it in the form of a tea or add it to various meals.
9. Coffee – Anywhere from 2-4 cups of coffee daily can lower your risk of heart attack.
10. Cheese – Maybe you have heard that cheese is to be avoided, but when consumed moderately, it can reduce cholesterol levels and blood pressure
11. Broccoli – High in vitamin K, it keeps calcium from accumulating in the arteries, regulates your blood pressure and lowers cholesterol.
12. Pomegranate – The phytochemicals in pomegranate promote production of nitric oxide, helping to boost circulation.
13. Spinach – This leafy green vegetables can lower your blood pressure, clean the arteries and support overall health.
14. Grains – Whole grain flour can balance cholesterol levels and prevent build up in the arteries.
