A mixture of green tea, honey, lemon, cucumbers and strawberries makes a powerful and delicious detox. Brew the tea and chill it for five minutes. Add the fruit, honey and cucumber and enjoy.

6. Raspberry Lime Smoothie
Dr. Oz also appreciated this smoothie as well. Gather 1 cup water, 1 cup raspberries, 1 banana, 1/4 cup spinach, 1 teaspoon almond butter, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds and ice. Blend it up in a blender and enjoy the smoothie.
7. Fruit Infused Water
Infusing water with fruit can help your body and lifestyle in many ways. Not only does it make water less boring to drink, it has vitamins and minerals as well. After adding the fruit, allow a few hours so the flavors combine properly.
8. Detox Tea
The antioxidants contained in green tea offer many benefits. You can use green tea as a base and then add various ingredients to help cleanse the body and burn fat.
