How Can You Get These Benefits?

6

In order to receive the benefits of avocado seeds, you first need to get inside of the hard shell. The easiest way to do so is to smack a knife into the seed so that it lodges in place. You can then twist the knife and pull it to crack the covering and remove the seed. This is all possible without destroying the flesh of the fruit.

Another suggestion is to put the seed into a food processor instead. You can then use the chopped up pieces in smoothies or sprinkle them over some salad. Grading the seed is also possible but it does take some time.

There is no doubt that avocado seeds are a great addition to your diet when consumed in moderation. Since your body is not accustomed to consuming the seed, you may experience some gastric distress at first. Simply ease into the use of the seed and before you know it, you will experience all of the benefits.
