This model home is known as the Townsend and it certainly is not your everyday Park model home. Although it is a small sized structure, it offers outstanding luxury. When you look at it from the exterior, the deck will immediately grab your attention as it is much larger than in the other tiny homes you may have seen. Thanks to the design, the space is quite versatile and makes it easy to move from indoor to outdoor living.
In the living room, a fireplace with a TV above makes it quite comfortable. There is even a nearby alcove for reading books near the window.
The kitchen island is a favorite feature of many, as it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or prepare a meal.
Seating more guests is possible in the dining room, where there is plenty of extra storage in the form of cabinets, including storage for your wine.
The sleeping area is located upstairs. Since the bed is close to the floor, it is easy to get in and out.
