The Studies Are In: Drinking Wine Before Bed Helps You Lose Weight

There are plenty of people who enjoy having a glass of wine before bed. If you happen to fall into that category, we are about to give you some good news. According to a new study, drinking a little wine before you go to bed can actually help you to lose weight. Scientists from Harvard and Washington State University conducted these tests.

Since wine has a chemical known as resveratrol, it can help the body to stop fat cells from gaining additional fat. It has been noted that drinking at least two glasses of wine daily can help you to beat obesity by 70%! In other words, it is it only permissible to drink wine, it’s a good idea.

It is best if you drink wine in the evening because the calories help you to resist the urge for binge snacking in the middle of the night.

If that wasn’t enough good news, the University of Denmark also chimed in. They noted that individuals who drink wine daily have slimmer waistlines than those who don’t.

Harvard did a study of 20,000 people and it revealed something amazing. Out of all of those who gained a large amount of weight, none were wine drinkers.
