5. Plank Exercises – This is one of the best
exercises for your core muscles. Not only is great for tightening
the abdomen, it will help all of the other muscles in your body to
get toned as well. Get into a push-up position and rest your elbows
on the floor. Be sure that your back is straight, from your feet to
the back of your head. Try to hold this position for 30 seconds and
work your way up.
