7. Planks with a Stability Ball – This is
another way to take planks to the next level. Do a plank, but
instead of having your feet on the floor, rest your shins on a
stability ball. Hold this position for as long as your abdominal
muscles will allow.
It can take some time to get in shape and it may take some work,
but it is going to be well worth it in the end.
