When most of us use conditioner, we use it in the shower to help keep our hair soft and to remove any tangles that may exist. The fact of the matter is, however, there are many uses for conditioner and it is an awesome product to have for many uses around the home!

The next time you have some left over conditioner or some of those little bottles that you might get a hotel, don’t just throw them away. 1. Shaving Cream – It is possible to use conditioner as a shaving cream substitute. It works great and keeps your skin soft.

2. Tangles – When your child is having problems with tangled hair, it’s time to use conditioner. Rather than using it in the shower, just mix some with water and put it in a spray bottle. Spray a little on their hair and you should be able to gently comb through it.

3. Fabric Fresh – Many of the fabrics around the home, including those on the couch, chairs and even your curtains can be kept fresh with a mixture of conditioner and water in a spray bottle. Test it on an inconspicuous spot first.

4. Blocked Drain – One of the first things you should try when you have a clogged drain is to pour some conditioner down the drain and flush with hot water. It should lubricate the clog enough to break it free.
