As we get older, we may continue to have problems with our skin and it shows up in a number of different ways.
One of the ways in which we may see skin issues is in either blackheads or whiteheads. It just seems as if they crop up on an ongoing basis and they are almost impossible to keep ahead of regularly. Fortunately, there are some natural ways to deal with the problem and these 9 suggestions can help you to get rid of both blackheads and whiteheads quickly and easily. Lemon, honey and sugar
Cut a lemon in half and cover the top with honey. Sprinkle two pinches of sugar on top and gently massage the problem area with the openface of the lemon. Repeat it once per week.
Vaseline and plastic wrap
This little trick is perfect for coming out of the shower. Your pores are already going to be open because of the heat of the water. Apply Vaseline to the affected area and then place a plastic wrap over the Vaseline. With the wrap still in place, put a hot towel it let it sit until it cools down to room temperature. Use a tissue to remove excess Vaseline from the face and gently squeeze the skin where the blackheads exist. They should clear very easily. Wipe the skin with lotion using a cotton pad. Do it twice per month.
Coconut and essential oils
Soften 1/4 cup of coconut oil and add 10 drops of lemon, lavender and tea tree oil. Stir until smooth. Apply to your skin in the morning and evening with a cotton ball. Store in a sealed container at room temperature.
Cinnamon and oats
