Many of us try to get more fruits and veggies in our diet and if we do so properly, we can benefit from it. This is true of our physical health but even our mental health can benefit in some ways when we are physically healthy. When it comes to lemons, what do you do when you buy them from the store?

Typically, lemons are either going to end up in the refrigerator or the fruit bowl. If you want to get more out of the simple lemon, however, try this awesome trick. If you try it one time, you will never go back to eating “regular” lemons again. It is phenomenal.

Lay your lemons out on the counter and slice them. You should then slip them into a freezer bag and freeze them.

It doesn’t take much research to learn that lemons are very good for your health. Not only is the flesh full of vitamins, there are also many nutrients found in the skin of the fruit as well.
