There are some things that we may do many times on a daily basis and it seems to be almost automatic.
One of those is using Post-it notes and we may use them to leave ourselves little notes about what to do through the day or perhaps to mark the pages of a book.
Regardless of why we use them, they certainly are handy but believe it or not, it is something that most people do absolutely wrong each and every time they use them. Of course, most people are not familiar with there being more than one way to use Post-it notes but once you know the truth, you may actually feel a little ashamed.
Admittedly, using a Post-it note wrong is not some sort of a crime, but there is someone who suffers as a result of it. That someone is you. When you learn how to properly use Post-it notes you will find that they are so much easier and more practical to use.
So how do you properly use a Post-it note? You turn the stack on its side and pull along the adhesive line, instead of yanking it off from the opposite side. What is the outcome?
Rather than having a rolled up piece of paper, you get a straight Post-it note that still has all of its stickiness left! It is so easy, yet most of us have looked beyond the obvious.
