6. Oatmeal
Although many of us consider oatmeal to be a yummy breakfast
treat, it can also be used to reduce inflammation. Simply grind 1
cup oats in a blender and pour them into a sock. Tie a knot at the
top of the sock. Dangle the sock under a bathtub faucet and allow
warm water to run through the oats. This will release the enzymes
in the tub. Soak in the water for 10 – 20 minutes and then rinse
with clean water.
