Wi-Fi Exposure Could Be Killing You Slowly

The Internet has really changed our lives in many ways and most people could not imagine being away from the Internet for any length of time. Certainly, it makes life easier for many of us but the ease with which it is accessed was increased significantly when Wi-Fi was introduced.

Thanks to Wi-Fi, we can be online in any area, and there is no need for us to have wires attached. What you may not be aware of, however, is the fact that companies who produce Wi-Fi routers must follow strict guidelines to ensure public safety. Even though that is the case, there are many issues with Wi-Fi that could result in health problems.

When a device is connected to a router without cables, it uses electromagnetic waves in the form of WLAN signals. Those electromagnetic waves are what allow the device, such as a mobile phone or tablet, to connect to the router.

The loop of the signals is what may affect our health. According to The British Health Agency, routers endanger our health and this is not only true of humans, even plants may be affected as well.

The consequences of Wi-Fi exposure include the following:

Concentration issues
Earache
Frequent headaches
Chronic fatigue
Sleep problems

It is impossible to avoid using this type of technology and even if we don’t use it directly, we may still be exposed to it. The following tips can help to make it possible to avoid many of the issues with Wi-Fi, even if it is in the area.

Make sure you disconnect the Wi-Fi programs before going to sleep.

You should not keep the router in your kitchen or bedroom.

Use phones with cables when at home, in order to reduce the electromagnetic waves.

Turn off the Wi-Fi when you do not use it as you can thus prevent the electromagnetic waves which harm the growth of children.
