A Brilliant New Method for Carving Pumpkins

If you look at the picture below, you are likely to recognize what is taking place. After all, this is the way that many of us have been cleaning our pumpkins for generations, and we may have thought that it worked quite well. After learning this simple trick, however, you will wonder why you ever carved them like this in the first place!

According to the way that most people carve a pumpkin, they cut a small circular hole in the top and then continue by pulling the seeds out, usually with the scoop. After they are finished, the lid goes back on and they do any additional cutting that they want to the outside of the pumpkin.

What I’m going to tell you is so simple, you are going to wonder why you never thought of it before. Quite simply, don’t carve your pumpkin from the top, carve it from the bottom! There are 3 primary reasons why it is better to do so…

1. Rather than scooping everything out from the top, it is going to fall out effortlessly through the bottom. You might need to scrape a little bit on the sides, but the scooping will be a thing of the past!

2. When was the last time that you looked at the bottom of a pumpkin? Nobody else is going to look at it either! If you want, just throw away the bottom piece and nobody will be the wiser. In fact, the pumpkin will sit more securely when you don’t use the bottom piece!

3. Have you ever burned yourself lighting the candle from the top? That is not going to be a problem any longer! Light the candle and put the pumpkin over top of it. No fuss, no muss.
