She Hated Her Saggy Couch But After Doing THIS, It Looks Brand New

Our couch is like an extension of our life, and we want to make sure it is both presentable and comfortable. In fact, once we get the perfect couch for our home, we want to make sure it stays in great shape for a very long time.

Unfortunately, our couch may end up somewhat worse for the wear after too many naps or weekends in front of the tube. Before you know it, your beautiful couch is starting to show it’s age and it becomes a little more floppy than what we would like.

If you are having this type of a problem, don’t despair. There is a way to bring new life into your old sofa and you can even do it on a budget. Simply follow this method and you will be happy with your couch again in no time.

1

The first step is to remove all of the cushions and pillows and give them a good wash. This is sure to breathe some new life into the couch right away. Since you are going to be unzipping them, you might as well clean them.

Next, grab some Poly-Fil for the back of your couch.

2

Fill the throw pillows with the Poly-Fill and they will look brand new again.

3

Use the Poly-Fil to fill the back cushions as well. In some cases, they may be attached to the sofa. Just unzip them and stuff the filling inside until they are firm.

4

You are already able to see the couch begin to take shape again at this point.

Now it is time to redo the seat cushions. Since they are part of the best seat in the house, they get used frequently. You will use quilt batting on the cushions to give them new life.

5

Stack 3 layers of the batting on each cushion to give it plenty of cush.

6

Use a spray adhesive between the layers of quilt batting to hold them in place.

7

Once you are finished, you will not believe how great it looks!

8

Not only will it look brand new, it is ready for more naps and weekends in front of the TV.
